Claim is made within 10 days of receipt of order.
Damaged Merchandise: If your purchase arrives damaged or is defective and you notify us within 10 days of receipt, replacement of damaged/defective item will be arranged as soon as possible at no cost to you.
Returns: Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the cause of return is manufacturer’s defect, shipping damage or our error.
15% Restocking Fee is charged for items returned for reasons other than damage/manufacturer defect. Refund amount will be minus 15% of the purchase price ($10 minimum).
Most items ship within 3 to 4 business days Monday through Friday.
Orders received on weekends or holidays will not be entered until the next business day.
